ePro Q Pulse
& Impact - 39 Code
|
This code was
developed to ensure process control, fastening validation and error
proofing for standard non shut-off pulse tools and
even impact tools using open loop control for
accuracy of ± 10 % depending on the
tool and the application. The ePro Q (with 10039
code) is the only qualifier that can be used with stall pulse
tools or impact tools. The Q will turn any stall tool into a
precise shut-off tool system. With the use of a remote shut-off
valve and cycle LED indicator, the ePro Q shuts off the air to
the tool and fires a green LED, notifying the operator that the
tool has run it's required cycle, counts it as GOOD and adds it
to the batch count.
Impact wrenches require
control in order to prevent over-torque of the fastener. The
program assures accurate torque control (within 15%) of up to
two different applications. Absolute error proofing is provided
via rejection of re-hits, cross-threaded fasteners, slip-off /
stripped screws or broken fasteners.

ePro Q Direct
Drive ( Stall ) - 41 CODE
|
The Direct Drive
program provides both precise torque control as well as full
error proofing capability to normal "stall" type gear
driven power tools. Clutch tools can be used by adjusting the
clutch to the highest setting, thereby providing a "safety
net" shut-off at the high limit of the specification.
Stall-bar, swing-bar, screwdrivers and nutrunners can be
controlled and error proofed using this program.
Tube-nut wrenches allow the operator to restart the
tool after the rundown cycle in the reverse direction in order
to rotate the socket to the open position. When using Tube-nut
wrenches, the Direct Drive program ignores this reverse cycle,
therefore allowing their use with no changes to the
software.
|
ePro Q Shut-off - 42 CODE
|
Our Qualifier code
in the ePro Q is now more simple to program and more versatile; any
shut-off tool that vents the throttle to reset will be
error-proofed without the need for special adapters or reporting
tubes. This code was developed to ensure process control,
fastening validation and error proofing using most any shut-off
"T" type air tool.
|
ePro Q Direct Drive -
51 CODE
|
51 Code was developed to control Atlas-Copco’s LMP and LMD style
twin-motor air tools. With 51, the tool will be torque
controlled and automatically shut-off. Like Q-41, all of the
standard features of error-proofing are provided including REHIT
and CROSS THREAD detection as well as early throttle release.
|
ePro Q Push PIN - 60 CODE
|
We now have a Qualifier code for use with air hammers. This code
was developed to ensure process control and error proofing for
Press/Push Pin applications.
|
ePro FSC
Transducer Control - 66 CODE
|
The 10066 program
allows the ePro FSC controller to control pulse tools and
our exclusive transducer-controlled impact tools.
The exclusive magneto-elastic integral torque transducer with
our closed loop control algorithm allows unparalleled speed,
power and accuracy. The ePro FSC controller will shut off the
tool within precise limits. HIGH and LOW limits are easily set
and integral tool LED's respond to the torque limits. Error proofing is per the patented
system features common to all codes.
