SigmaSIX LLC is a privately owned Michigan corporation founded in August of 2002 and based in the Detroit, Michigan technical corridor.  Focused on providing innovative technology to the assembly process through the installation of threaded fasteners, the company targeted the creation of an assembly process controller that would provide American manufacturing with the Japanese assembly process called “poke-yoke” or error proofing.   

 The primary product manufactured by SigmaSIX is the ePro Process Controller (patents pending) for all types of pneumatic power tools.  A complete fastening system consists of the air tool, hose assembly, and the ePro controller.  Various networking options provide for electronic data communication and line tracking.  ePro products are available individually and as part of a turn-key fastening system.

Other products include Transducer-controlled Impact Tools and Pulse Tools, eCoDrive Sockets, Torque Validation Transducers and Electronic Torque Readout Instrumentation.
